"Tried using Taxicode again after first booking for journey was cancelled- this second Booking was also never confirmed (after several requests to do so ) but after reassurances all was booked it was cancelled - no alternative provided - only awarding one star as not possible to award none - one star as refunded deposit when asked. Subsequently booked over phone direct with taxi company who said online price was not correct - Forget Taxicode - Book direct!"

"Happy with my minibus booking, driver arrived on time for outward and return journeys. Knew where he was going and we had no problems. My only negative would be the minibus was quite an old model and had signs of rust and wear and tear."

"When I defined Sutton Bonnington Hall as the pick-up point I should have put in a post code. The taxi went to the Sutton Bonington University campus. Happily a phone call corrected the position with only a small delay. Otherwise the trip was fine, thank you"

"Whilst my driver was on time for the journey to my destination and for the return later in the day, which was appreciated, other aspects of the experience were poor. The most significant was that the car was filthy inside. Considering the measures we've had in place during the pandemic, it's particularly poor that the driver hasn't kept the interior clean. On the way home, when the conversation ventured into the covid restrictions the driver then steered it towards spouting right wing hate and xenophobia."

"The driver was very opinionated about various subjects mainly single mothers and disabled people. He clearly had no insight into the roles of social services and the Benefit System. I tried several times to get him to talk about other subjects, however, he kept returning to his opinions about ‘people on Benefits’ and why they shouldn’t get them. I don’t think he meant any harm, however, some of the comments he made were quite insulting."

I ordered 2 Mpv's for 11 people. 1 Mpv + 1 car turned up (only room for 10 people), as we had 1 extra car going to the airport I kindly said the extra person could go in that car. At 2am the same thin happened, 1 Mpv + 1 car, the car driver suggested 5 + driver should go in the car, illegal and dangerous. 2 of us then had to wait another 20 minutes in the freezing for another car to come and fetch us.
